I recently wrote a post on that was published in the TrinityP3 Blog.

It focussed on the meeting culture crisis. And it seems to have struck a chord with now over 600 shares.

I have spent the last 8 years helping businesses transform strategically around consumer data, technology, and human-to-human era marketing strategies.

However, one thing still bugs me. The fact that every marketing department I see is suffering from meetings overload.

Marketers (and other divisions within business) are constantly having meetings without any strict meeting culture or guiding approach. It is not only wasting time, but also wasting productivity.

If you have time, then please have a read, and hopefully you can help crack the crisis.

I’d love to hear your feedback on the average number of meetings in your diary. Read more here

And please feel free to share with your peers and management team.
