Brand and digital transformation
A nine-month brand and digital transformation, run straight through COVID.
Emapta was repositioned around "Your Teams, Your Way," with up to 70% cost savings against vendor-managed outsourcing as the commercial proof point. Brand and digital were rebuilt together rather than sequenced.
- Duration
- Roughly nine months
- Position
- Your Teams, Your Way
- Proof point
- Up to 70% cost savings vs vendor-managed outsourcing
The situation
Emapta grew from a Philippines base into talent hubs across the Philippines, Colombia and North Macedonia. The brand had not kept pace with the business.
The work ran through COVID disruption, which removed any option of doing brand first and digital later.
The approach
- 01
Settle the position before the design
"Your Teams, Your Way" set the argument: clients keep control of their people, rather than handing them to a vendor.
- 02
Put a commercial number behind it
Up to 70% cost savings against vendor-managed outsourcing gave the position something buyers could weigh.
- 03
Run brand and digital as one programme
Delivered over roughly nine months with delivery partner Throttl, led by Christian Lehmann.
The client's view
The Throttl team helped us bring together a team of experts to revamp our website from a strategic and design perspective, allowing us to hit the right mark with our target audience and capturing the essence of our business. We are thrilled with the outcome.
The result
- A single position, "Your Teams, Your Way," carried across brand and digital.
- Up to 70% cost savings versus vendor-managed outsourcing, stated as the commercial proof point.
- A brand able to carry growth from a Philippines base into Colombia and North Macedonia.
