Privacy Policy

Front Foot Marketing Pty Ltd (ABN 98 158 943 778) is an independent advisory practice operated by Anton Buchner in Sydney, New South Wales, and has been in operation since 2009. Anton is the person responsible for any personal information collected through this website.

If you use the enquiry form, you may provide your name, email address, organisation, role, the topic you'd like to discuss, and a message. That information is used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and continue the conversation if you want one.

If you use the Customer Value Diagnostic and choose to email yourself a copy of your result, I collect only the email address you provide and use it solely to send that one result. It isn't added to a marketing list, it isn't used for automated sequences, and it isn't sold.

It is shared only with the service providers that make the site and the reply possible, for example website hosting, database hosting, email delivery and website analytics. Those providers process the information on my behalf.

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how pages are found and used, for example page views, approximate location, referring site, device type and time on page. Google Analytics sets cookies and similar identifiers in your browser to do this. IP addresses are anonymised, and advertising and personalisation features are switched off.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site works normally either way.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as they're useful for the conversation and any resulting engagement, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. If nothing comes of an enquiry, the details are removed once they no longer serve a purpose. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard GA4 retention settings.

You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email anton@frontfootmarketing.com.au and I'll deal with it personally, normally within a few business days.

Information submitted through the site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with reputable hosting providers. No system is perfect, but access is limited to Anton and the providers required to run the site.

This policy is written to align with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you believe your privacy has been mishandled, contact me first at anton@frontfootmarketing.com.au. If you're not satisfied with the response, you can raise the matter with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
